Verily God is with those who patiently persevere...

In these mad times, when men commit heinous acts of terrorism in the name of religion by murdering innocent men and children while they are praying, it is difficult to make sense of anything and hopelessness, despair all but take over one's senses. The only thing that one can do is to turn to God and seek His Guidance and His help in gaining patience and sabar. Verily, to God we belong and to Him is our return. That is the only absolute, certain reality.May God grant patience and strength to the loved ones of the those who lost their lives today. Ameen

Be sure We shall test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods, lives, and the fruits of your toil. But give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere. Those who say, when afflicted with calamity, 'To Allah we belong, and to Him is our return.' They are those on whom descend blessings from their Lord, and mercy. They are the ones who receive guidance." - the Holy Quran (2:155-157)

"On no soul does Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. (Pray:) “Our Lord!
