After taking this course in the final quarter of senior year in uni, I experienced a new found appreciation for Islamic art and architecture and its my dream to someday visit the great mosques, tombs, palaces, castles spread over the old Islamic empire that spread from Spain, North Africa, Byzantine (modern Turkey), Persia (modern Iran), indo-pak all the way eastwards to Indonesia and Malaysia. Inshallah someday, armed with a state of the art DSLR camera, I'll also visit these places or atleast I hope to.
